Swaps Anyone?

Hi there, seeing as it is nearly Easter, I thought I would share with you this cute cotton bunny I have made, I really enjoyed making her, although my Hubby says it looks nothing like a rabbit - I think she is rather cute. - So, would anyone like to do a swap with me, it can be for anything, either something handmade or not, It will give me an excuse to make another one for myself! I have also made these little geese from the book 'Crafting Easter Gifts' I also have the 'Christmas gifts' book and almost can't wait for christmas to come around so I can make the cute little gingerbread men garland - Natalie x

Hi Natalie,

I'll take you up on a swap option. I can not make a bunny but I do a mean apron. Let me know if that's ok and let me know the swap date and which apron patten you want.

Looking forward to hearing from you!

Cute rabbit,
I have those books too but have not yet got around to making anything... much to my daughters disappointment.

Hi Natalie
I too have been knitting for.... oh my goodness - 32 years! (on pencils at primary school), so knitting socks is quite strange. I got the pattern from C&H fabrics. I don't know if you have that shop up there, but if not let me know and I will pop in and post one to you.
Lovely bunny, I certainly have made many warren full!

Hi Natalie

I just found your blog from a comment you left on Raindrops to Rainbows. Welcome to blogland!

I think that your rabbit is adorable! I make skincare products and would be happy to swap with you if you are interested.

I have the Crafting Christmas Gifts book and have been waiting for the Easter one to arrive for ages (I ordered it from Amazon).

I love the North Yorkshire coast especially the area around Whitby/Scarborough/Filey/Robin Hood's Bay. How I miss the sea!

Do drop by and say hello.

Hi Natalie,
I could really relate to your previous post about the home not being "your" home ... with "your" style. I struggle with that all the time, and end up doing nothing at all. ha.
Yes ... if you go to my blog you will see no decorating at all! But I love to visit the blogs of people who do, because I hope that there is a bit of "decorator" inside of me ... I would love to find that is the case.
I just don't know where to start, really.
Anyways, I loved the bunny. How clever and talented of you to think of it. I especially like the face. Too cute. I love your blog and look forward to seeing renovation pics.

Hi Natalie,
Thankyou for leaving a comment on my blog and welcome to blogging. How lovely to live in Filey - I spent a lot of time in Scarborough when I was a girl. How exciting, too, to have your own interiors business. We are in the process of buying an Edwardian house which we intend to 'do up' so I will be interested to read what you have done to yours and to see some photos. I will call again.

Hi again, the pattern is Eskino DK no 4884. If you have any problems getting it just give me a yell--I have a wool shop at the end of my street so could get it for you. I've bought some lovely deep red for my next one. I'd forgotten how much I liked making things too. Gives you a nice satisfaction.

Hi Natalie,

Really pleased about the swap!

Just to check what size apron does your daughter want?

18 months - 3 years £4.95
3 years - 8 years £5.95

Make the cheque payable to Just Original, and post it to the address on the website. If you could let me know your address, my email address is also on my Just Original website.

My daughter is going to be so pleased with the bunny, but she will have to wait until easter!

Thanks

Vanessa

Hi Natalie

I'm back! Thanks for leaving a comment on my blog. I don't see an e-mail address to contact you and I don't post mine on my blog either, but you can contact me via my website: www.mariechantal.ca and we can set up a swap. I'm not sure about the goose if it comes on a pole ~ it could be difficult to post!

Yes, I actually bought Sew Pretty Homestyle recently, but I haven't had time to make anything as yet. Also, I find it hard to source nice fabric here ~ do you know any good fabric shops that do mail order?

Hi Natalie, I have just discovered your blog, I must admit I do tend to click on names that appeal to me, yours certainly did, as I live just by the sea in West Sussex, and I love the summer, I wish I had thought of your name first! I am panicking now, as I don't do craft, but I always enjoy looking at other peoples' creations, infact I am not keen on anything which looks like a perfect mirror image, I like the quirkiness of your lovely little bunny. I shall hop off now, to see if I can find something for a swap, may take a bit of time! x

Hi Natalie
just found your blog through The White Verander like you I've only just started a blog I live in an Edwardian cottage that we are in the process of doing up and I'm a mum of two little ones. I love the things you have made and how lovely to have your own shop by the sea.

Hi Natalie, no problems about the swap already under way. I think the next bunny should be for you, and the next ones to sell, they are lovely. It is really nice to hear you are carrying on childhood traditions with your kids, ie Milly Molly Mandy. x
