Pretty things

Just wanted to show you this delightful tin I picked up this week at a lovely little shop in Scarborough. Thankfully we don't have much call for first aid supplies in this house, but I daresay that might change when the weather warms up and the little ones get out and about on their bikes a bit more! - I think it will look lovely on my kitchen shelf to hold my collection of barbie plasters, cotton wool and TCP!

Secondly, here is a photo of the goodies ready to send off to Gemma of Deravelled for the heart swap organised by mollycupcakes - Goodness knows how I have managed to be so organised, that I have them wrapped and ready to send a week early! - I even found another use for one of my crocheted flowers, can you see it there adorning the gift tag? - I am enjoying this week, it has been very busy with work, the shop, parents evenings and all the usual housey stuff but the lovely Spring weather has put a Spring in my step! - Hope you are all enjoying your week - Natalie x

Hi Natalie

Your swap goodies look so pretty, I'm sure Gemma is going to love them!

The tin is really sweet, I've not seen one like that before. I think we need to get some Barbie plasters in too!

Wished we lived near to Scarborough to go a walk around. Your tin is lovely but I do hope you don't have to use it too often!

Natalie,
thank you for visiting my blog. I love your cushion, I do wish I could crochet! But at the moment I am just about keeping up with the crafts I can do, so better not start a new one-not just yet!

Hi Natalie,

What a sweet tin! Even if it doesn't get much use ~ and let's hope it won't be needed ~ it is so pretty that it can be left on display.

Hope that you are enjoying the spring.

Lovely crochet,I have a similar cushion in sky blue in our bedroom I made last year. If you fancy a Spring Time Crochet project I've just posted a tutorial for a crocheted garland...just in time for Easter

Hi Natalie!

Thank you sooo much for my wonderful goodies!! :D They arrived on Wednesday, but I haven't had a chance to get on here until now (REALLY hectic week!!). I hope that your parcel arrives with you safe and sound, and that you love your bits and pieces as much as I love mine!!

Thank you so much again - the little crochet flower is beautiful, and has been claimed by the Moomin!! :)
